Teri Rousseau pioneered the interactive learning industry during her early years at Lucasfilm Ltd., where digital storytelling first met education. Since then, she has launched over 100 award-winning products that engaged millions—spanning Disney, Google Education, PBS, and Reading Rainbow. With expertise in consumer products and go-to-market strategy, she has shaped how generations learn and grow. She mentors startups as an executive mentor at Santa Clara University’s Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship. As co-founder of Career Strong, she brings that same vision to career development—building innovative frameworks that make growth accessible and future-focused. Currently, she is completing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University.

She excels at harnessing technology to make people's work smarter, faster and more effective. Her mission-driven leadership bridges innovation and practical impact, from co-founding startups to serving as university Vice Chancellor and leading Fortune 500 product teams. With an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Susan designs transformative solutions that help people navigate change, accelerate their careers and thrive in an evolving world.
