Most people use AI to sound better.
You’ll use it to think clearer.
Everyone's using AI to sound more impressive. Better résumé, sharper interviews, snappier LinkedIn. The tools are getting smarter. But the questions haven't changed: What do I actually want? Where do I fit? Why am I doing this? You can't AI your way past the real questions. And that's the real problem most people are trying to solve.
Clarity comes first. Once you're clear on your focus, your strengths and what you're actually looking for then all the other tools (AI, networking, your resume) start working for you instead of against you. This workshop gives you that clarity in real time with an expert who's helped people navigate exactly what you're facing.

FAQs
Is This For Me?
Is this workshop for someone actively job searching right now?
Yes, it’s also for anyone navigating what’s next. Whether you’re job searching, pivoting, launching or simply thinking ahead, you’ll leave with tools and strategies to better define your direction and take focused action. The real breakthrough is clarity—not just about what to do, but why it matters.
I'm an experienced professional (15+ years). Is this still relevant?
Yes, especially for you. Most frameworks assume you're figuring it out from scratch. This one is built for translating accumulated experience into what's next. Your challenge isn't "prove you can do anything." It's "position what you've built strategically so you're not starting over." That's a different problem, and this addresses it.
What makes this different from other career workshops or AI courses?
Most career workshops are either motivational ("believe in yourself") or tactical ("here's how to format your resume"). This is neither. You're not getting pep talks or generic worksheets. You're getting hands-on guidance on how to use AI as a real thinking partner to advance your career skills. Most AI courses teach you *about* AI or give you prompts to optimize your materials. This one teaches you *how* to think through your career using AI; specifically, how to ask better questions of yourself and then use AI to accelerate that thinking. We use Career Strong's proven frameworks (the ones we teach in our longer programs) to structure the exercises. So you're learning the methodology, not just the tools. The focus is always on your thinking and your decisions: AI does the heavy lifting so you can spend your energy on what matters: deciding what you actually want.
About Outcomes & Followup
How long do these assets actually stay useful?
Your focus statement and strength narratives are foundational—you'll return to them. Most people revisit and refine them every 12-18 months as their priorities or context shifts. That's exactly what the workbook is designed for. It's not a one-time output; it's a reference system you keep using.
Logistics
What's the format? Is it live or recorded?
All workshops are live, interactive sessions on Zoom. Session participants receive the recording afterward. Sessions run 90 minutes with time built in for questions. Check the current schedule above for available dates and times (Pacific Time).
Do I need to prepare anything before the workshop?
A few things will help you get the most out of 90 minutes. Essential: Set up a free genAI account (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini work fine) and access your Notion workbook—we'll send the link before the session. A free Notion account lets you edit and keep everything forever. Can't use Notion? You can view the workbook in your browser and take notes however you like, but you won't be able to edit the template or save your work in one place. Helpful: Have your latest resume and 3 job postings you're interested in handy. Also jot down 4-6 opportunities you're considering (roles, people, industries, companies), 2-3 bullets about yourself (role, strengths, what you're exploring) and one career setback you've experienced. Nothing polished—just quick notes. This speeds up the exercises.
About the Tools & Process
What is Notion, and do I need to know how to use it?
Notion is a free workspace tool. We use it to organize your workbook: all your prompts, instructions and outputs in one place. Option 1: Use Notion (recommended if you want to keep everything together). If you're new to Notion, no worries. Grab a free account at notion.com, and you’ll get a pre-built template before the workshop to fill in your answers and take notes as we go. It's designed so you don't need expertise—you're just populating fields. Think of it as a structured notebook that stays organized for you. Best part: you keep it forever and can revisit it anytime. Option 2: Don't use Notion. You'll get access to the workbook as a webpage. You can view all the prompts, instructions and your outputs there. You just won't be able to edit or take notes directly in it. Either way, you have everything you need. Most people use Notion because it's easier to stay organized and take notes during the session, but it's entirely optional.
What if I've never used ChatGPT (or similar) before?
The prompts we use are straightforward. But truthfully, 90 minutes is tight if you're learning both the tool and the content simultaneously. We recommend you spend 10 minutes before the workshop just opening ChatGPT or Claude and pasting a simple prompt (doesn't matter what—just get familiar with the interface). It takes the edge off. During the workshop, we'll walk through every step, but Q&A time is reserved for career strategy questions, not technical troubleshooting. If you walk in never having used it, you'll follow along, but you might miss some nuance.
What if I realize after the workshop that I want more support?
That's exactly what the Accelerator program is for. It's a 6-week cohort where you go deeper on strategy, test your direction with peers, and build a concrete action plan. As a workshop participant, you'll get exclusive Accelerator pricing.
